ドメインレジスターのTucowsとも確認したけど、
料金未払はドメインロックの正当な理由だよ。
IISはずっと前からこの状態なんだ。ドメイン所有者は
IISに使用料を払っていて、IISがN.T.に使用料を払うまで、
N.T.にはドメインロックを解除する義務はないんだよ。
